Statement on Matters regarding China overseas Investment Fair

The China Overseas Investment Fair (the Fair) co-organized by the China Industrial Overseas Development and Planning Association (the Association) and China Development Bank has been successfully held for four years and has formed a positive impact both at home and abroad. Recently, the Association has been informed that a certain entity is using the brand of the Fair and holding a "China Overseas Investment and Cooperation Fair 2013", which has caused confusion among the embassies and consulates and various foreign institutions in China and had a very negative impact. The Association hereby gives this Statement to address such matter.
