On July 3rd, Secretary General of the CODA Mr. HE Zhenwei paid a courtesy visit to Philippine Ambassador to China Mr. JOSE SANTIAGO L.STA.ROMANA. They had a friendly communication on deepening bilateral cooperation and jointly boosting the investment and development between China and Philippines.
