On the afternoon of April 23, Chairman He Zhenwei and Secretary-General Jiang Yun were invited to attend the Azerbaijan Investment and Trade Promotion Conference held at the Azerbaijani Embassy in China during the visit of Deputy Executive Director of Export and Investment Promotion Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan – AZPROMO Gadirov to China, and talk with Ambassador Huseynov and Nadiroghlu, Trade Representative Nadiroghlu.

In his speech, He Zhenwei introduced the main business of CODA and the preparations for the 14th COIFair, saying that under the guidance of the National Development and Reform Commission of China, we will strive to promote and serve international cooperation in the joint construction of the “Belt and Road”. Azerbaijan is a transportation hub connecting Europe and Asia, and an important node of the “One Belt, One Road” initiative. CODA is willing to actively leverage its own advantages, establish and deepen industry-university-research cooperation with Azerbaijan, and promote Azerbaijan through multiple channels as a way to enter the Transcaucasus region and the EU market, also contributing wisdom and strength to the in-depth promotion of high-quality development of bilateral economic and trade cooperation.
