1、Understand and master the policy spirit of domestic and foreign economic, political and social development，familiar with relevant laws, regulations and the articles of CODA,.Organize project research, market research and timely put forward decision-making basis and suggestions.

2、Responsible for the affairs related to Hong Kong and Macao. Organize and coordinate the preparation of "China Overseas Investment Fair" .

3、Responsible for drafting relevant documents, including leader's speech, development plan and news publicity manuscripts, website operation and maintenance, online manuscript review and monthly evaluation and notification.

4、Data collection and database construction, timely organize all departments to report and exchange project information, and provide project consulting services for member units according to the situation.

5、Responsible for the general adjustment of members and regular briefing of the situation, in accordance with the articles of CODA. Organize and implement of the general meeting, council, annual meeting and "Member’s Day"

6、To assist the Party branch secretary in party building, timely report to the Working Committee for Central Party and State Institution of CPC on CODA’s political and ideological education and construction.

7、Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
