5月11日，“2026应急产业出海大会暨第47届中国医药产业发展大会”在上海举行。和振伟会长及波黑驻华大使西尼沙·贝尔扬、伊拉克驻华大使馆文化参赞莫哈纳德・舒鲁非、也门驻华大使馆文化参赞穆罕默德·艾哈迈迪、蒙古国第四医院院长佐勒扎尔嘎勒・班兹拉格奇等出席大会并致辞。张红副秘书长出席并作专题介绍。
和振伟在致辞中指出，随着全球化发展和产业升级，中国企业出海已从“被动选择”转为“主动作为”，从单一产品输出迈向标准、服务、品牌、体系的全方位、系统性出海。当前应急与医药两大产业正迎来高质量发展的关键机遇期，中海协将通过搭建精准对接平台、构建全链条服务保障体系、推动中国标准走向全球，助力企业抱团出海、系统破局，为高质量共建“一带一路”、守护全球公共安全与人类健康福祉贡献力量。
张红在中海协应急专委会承办的2026应急产业出海大会分论坛就中海协主要情况及2026年度活动安排等作了介绍。
本次大会以“破局・出海：共筑人类健康命运共同体”为主题，聚焦应急医疗产业全球化发展前景与痛点，汇聚中外相关行业专家、企业代表参会。
He Zhenwei Attends 2026 Emergency Industry Global Expansion Conference
On May 11, the 2026 Emergency Industry Global Expansion Conference & the 47th China Pharmaceutical Industry Development Conference was held in Shanghai. CODA President Mr. He Zhenwei attended the event and delivered a speech.
In his speech, He Zhenwei noted that Chinese enterprises are shifting from passive choices to proactive actions in going global, moving from product exports to a broader expansion covering standards, services, brands, and systems. The emergency and pharmaceutical industries are now facing a critical window of opportunity for high-quality development. CODA will help enterprises achieve collective global expansion by building matchmaking platforms, establishing full-chain service systems, and promoting Chinese standards worldwide, contributing to the Belt and Road Initiative and safeguarding global public security and human health.
Under the theme "Breakthrough & Globalization: Building a Shared Future for Human Health," the event focused on the development prospects and challenges of the emergency medical industry, bringing together industry experts and corporate representatives from China and abroad.
