1月21-23日，蒋赟常务副秘书长率中海协智能制造专委会、物流专委会和业务四部一行出访斯洛伐克，并于1月22日到访斯洛伐克投资和贸易发展局，与Egon局长就中斯产业投资合作进行了深入交流。
Egon局长对中海协一行到来表示欢迎，全面介绍了斯洛伐克的经济发展战略和产业布局，欢迎中海协推动中国的新能源汽车、自动驾驶、低空经济、半导体等先进制造产业上下游企业赴斯投资兴业。在斯期间，代表团前往斯洛伐克第二大城市科希策举办了中斯产业交流研讨会，就重点项目与斯洛伐克行业企业代表、产业园区代表进行了全面交流。之后，代表团还参观了位于普雷绍夫的产业园区。
1月26~28日，蒋赟常务副秘书长率中海协智能制造专委会一行赴挪威开展专题考察，在腓特烈斯塔市举行中挪产业交流研讨会，与60余位挪方参会代表在投资环境、产业基础、园区建设、重点企业合作和人力资源等领域展开了深入探讨。
之后，代表团还拜访了挪威创新署，就智能制造、新能源等行业在挪威落地进行了沟通。
CODA Delegation Visits Slovakia and Norway
From January 21 to 23, Jiang Yun, Executive Deputy Secretary-General of CODA, led a delegation on a visit to Slovakia. During the trip, the delegation visited the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency and held in-depth discussions with Director Egon on industrial and investment cooperation between China and Slovakia. The Slovak side welcomed Chinese investments in advanced manufacturing sectors such as new energy vehicles, autonomous driving, the low-altitude economy, and semiconductors. The delegation also organized a China-Slovakia Industrial Exchange Seminar in Košice, engaging with local enterprises and industrial park representatives, followed by an inspection of an industrial park in Prešov.
From January 26 to 28, Jiang Yun led the delegation to Norway for a thematic study visit. In Fredrikstad, the delegation hosted a China-Norway Industrial Exchange Seminar, where over 60 Norwegian participants engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as the investment environment, industrial foundations, park development, enterprise cooperation, and human resources. Subsequently, the delegation visited Innovation Norway to exchange views on cooperation in sectors such as smart manufacturing and new energy for potential projects in Norway.
