12月5日，和振伟率中海协代表团出席乌兹别克斯坦新能源产能投运暨建设项目启动仪式。本次活动以“赋能未来-新乌兹别克斯坦可持续能源发展”为主题，乌兹别克斯坦总统米尔济约耶夫阁下亲自出席并发表讲话，阿联酋能源和基础设施部长苏海勒·马兹鲁伊、土耳其能源和自然资源部长阿尔帕尔斯兰·巴伊拉克塔尔、阿塞拜疆能源部长帕尔维兹·奥克塔伊·奥格雷等分别发表演讲。和振伟会长作为中方贵宾在沙发席就坐并应邀参加与米尔济约耶夫总统合影留念。
米尔济约耶夫总统讲话时指出，绿色能源发展取得可喜成绩，到今年年底，"绿色能源”在发电结构中的占比将达到30%；到2030年，该项指标预计可达到54%。目前乌兹别克斯坦国内新投运的能源设施将完全满足居民年度用电需求。据其介绍，新增3500兆瓦太阳能、风能及其他类型电站，每年可发电150亿千瓦时。国家为此确立了两大核心目标：一是为所有行业和地区建立稳定不间断的能源供应；二是通过现代化、环保的可再生替代能源实现这些规划。
会议期间，中国驻乌兹别克斯坦驻华大使于骏亲切会见中海协代表团，于大使热烈欢迎随团中国企业到乌兹别克斯坦考察访问，表示使馆将会为中资企业在乌投资发展提供尽可能的支持与帮助。
代表团还在会议现场分别与中国能建、中核集团、沙特ACWA Power、阿联酋Masdar等公司沟通交流。
中海协新能源与碳中和分会秘书长王洪光，优特科技、西朗电气、太合智能钻探、邦正科技、创维光伏、中电建水电六局等企业代表一同参加活动。
Mr. He Zhenwei Led a Delegation to the Launch Ceremony of New Energy Projects of Uzbekistan
On Dec. 5, President Mr. He Zhenwei led a delegation of Chinese companies to attend a ceremonial event dedicated to the launch and start of construction of new energy projects which was held on Dec.5, 2025 in Tashkent. The event themed with “Powering the Future – Sustainable Energy for New Uzbekistan”, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev addressed the forum, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the UAE H.E. Suhail Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Türkiye H.E. Alparslan Bayraktar, Representatives from ACWA Power, Energy China, etc. delivered speeches. President As a distinguished Chinese guest, Mr. He was arranged to sit on VIP sofa and invited to take a group photo with President Mirziyoyev.
The Chinese Ambassador to Uzbekistan Mr. Yu Jun met and had a conversation with the delegation on site. Companies including Unitech Power Technology, Cylon Electrical Industry Group, Beidou Qiming Energy Saving Technology, Taihe Drilling, Skyworth Photovoltaic Technology, Sinohydro 6 Bureau, and so on joined the delegation.
