10月13日下午,和振伟会长率中海协代表团一行到访中国驻塔吉克斯坦大使馆,与郭志军大使、孙贺参赞就中塔投资合作等议题进行了深入交流。
郭志军大使对和振伟会长一行的到访表示热烈欢迎,并对中海协积极组织中塔企业对接、推动双边务实合作所做的努力表示高度赞赏。他指出,当前中塔两国关系处于历史最好时期,各领域合作前景广阔,中国企业在塔投资兴业正当其时。中国驻塔使馆将一如既往地为前来投资兴业的国内企业提供全方位的支持与协助。
和振伟会长向大使汇报了中海协代表团此次访塔的主要目的与行程安排,重点介绍了参加2025杜尚别投资论坛以及与塔方政府机构、重点企业开展对接洽谈的情况。他表示,塔吉克斯坦是共建“一带一路”的重要合作伙伴,市场潜力较大,投资政策优惠,是中国企业开拓中亚市场的重要支点。中海协将继续充分发挥桥梁与平台作用,引导和推动更多中国企业在电力能源、绿色矿业、智慧城市、现代农业等重点领域与塔方开展深度合作,为共建“一带一路”高质量发展注入新动能。
随团参会的企业代表分别就各自关心的投资领域和政策问题与使馆官员进行了交流。中海协常设高级顾问吴克光,以及康恒环境、陕西太合、离岸投资(海南)、中联重科、华西能源、山东泰开、江苏宏力、科盟能源(扬州)等企业代表共同参加了本次座谈。
CODA Delegation Visited the Embassy of China in Tajikistan
On the afternoon of October 13, 2025, Mr. He Zhenwei, President of the China Overseas Development Association (CODA), led a delegation to the Embassy of China in Tajikistan, where they held in-depth discussions with the Ambassador and key embassy officials on China-Tajikistan investment cooperation.
The Ambassador extended a warm welcome to President He Zhenwei and the delegation, and expressed high appreciation for CODA's active efforts in facilitating business matchmaking and promoting practical bilateral cooperation. He noted that Tajikistan enjoys social and political stability with a positive economic development trend. The Tajik government is committed to leveraging its strategic location in Central Asia by vigorously developing green energy, smart mining, modern agriculture, transportation, and logistics. He emphasized that China-Tajikistan relations are at their best in history, with broad prospects for cooperation across various fields, making it an opportune time for Chinese enterprises to invest. The Chinese Embassy in Tajikistan will, as always, provide comprehensive support and assistance to domestic enterprises seeking investment and business opportunities in Tajikistan.
President He Zhenwei briefed the Ambassador on the delegation's primary objectives and itinerary for the visit to Tajikistan, highlighting their participation in the 2025 Dushanbe Investment Forum and subsequent matchmaking meetings with Tajik government institutions and key enterprises. He stated that Tajikistan is a crucial partner in the Belt and Road Initiative, boasting significant market potential and favorable investment policies, serving as an important gateway for Chinese enterprises to access the Central Asian market. CODA will continue to fully leverage its role as a bridge and platform, guiding and encouraging more Chinese companies to engage in deep cooperation with Tajik partners in key sectors such as power energy, green mining, digital infrastructure, smart cities, and modern agriculture, thereby injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
Accompanying enterprise representatives also exchanged views with embassy officials on investment sectors and policy matters of interest. CODA's Senior Permanent Advisor Wu Keguang, along with representatives from enterprises including Everbright Environment, Shaanxi Taihe, Offshore Investment (Hainan), Zoomlion, Huaxi Energy, Shandong Taikai, Jiangsu Hongli, and Kemeng Energy (Yangzhou), participated in the discussion.
