蒋赟常务副秘书长与常德市工信局举行座谈

    10月15日，蒋赟常务副秘书长与到访的常德市工业和信息化局副局长曾健一行进行座谈，双方围绕企业出海政策服务、降本增效路径、国际合作机遇等议题展开深入交流，共探"走出去"高质量发展新策略。

    蒋赟系统介绍了协会发展历程与核心职能。建议企业​​出海应提前开展目标市场专项调研，通过产业链协同"抱团出海"降低风险​​，并强调不同行业需定制差异化路径——如制造业侧重产能合作，高新技术企业需强化知识产权布局等。
    曾健表示，此次交流为本地工程机械、生物医药等重点产业对接国际资源提供了关键指引，希望未来与协会建立常态化沟通。

  On October 15, Vice Executive Secretary Jiang Yun held a symposium with a visiting delegation led by Zeng Jian, Deputy Director of the Changde Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as policy services for enterprises going global, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement pathways, and international cooperation opportunities, jointly exploring new strategies for high-quality development in "going global."
Jiang Yun provided a systematic introduction to the development history and core functions of the association. He suggested that enterprises planning to expand overseas should conduct specialized research on target markets in advance, reduce risks through industrial chain collaboration and "going global as a group," and emphasized the need for customized and differentiated approaches for different industries—for example, manufacturing industries should focus on capacity cooperation, while high-tech enterprises need to strengthen intellectual property rights layout.
Zeng Jian stated that this exchange provided key guidance for local key industries such as construction machinery and biomedicine to connect with international resources, and expressed hope for establishing regular communication with the association in the future.
Also attending the meeting were You Zhixiong, Deputy Secretary-General of the Changde Municipal Committee; departments including the United Front Work Department and the Economic Development Zone, High-Tech Zone, and Development Zone Association of the Municipal Committee; as well as staff from the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Office.
