和振伟会长率团到访杜尚别“智慧城市”国有公司

​​​  10月14日下午，和振伟会长率中海协代表团到访杜尚别“智慧城市”国有公司，与技术总监巴赫罗姆·曼苏罗夫进行工作交流。

​​​  曼苏罗夫总监向代表团详细介绍了杜尚别在智慧交通、智慧医疗、智慧教育、电子政务、公共安全信息化等方面的建设规划，并现场演示了部分已投入运行的智慧系统。他表示，杜尚别致力于打造中亚领先的智慧城市，期待与中国企业在技术方案和项目实施上开展深度合作。
​​​  和振伟会长在交流中表示，中国在智慧城市领域技术先进、应用场景广泛，具备从设计、建设到运营的全产业链能力。中方企业愿与塔方在数字基建、城市大脑、物联网平台等核心领域开展实质性合作，共同将杜尚别打造为中亚地区的智慧城市标杆。
中海协常设高级顾问吴克光，康恒环境、陕西太合、离岸投资（海南）、中联重科、华西能源、山东泰开、江苏宏力、科盟能源（扬州）等相关企业代表共同参加会谈。
  On the afternoon of October 14, President He Zhenwei led the CODA delegation to visit the state-owned company "Smart City Dushanbe" and held working discussions with Technical Director Bakhrom Mansurov.
Technical Director Mansurov provided a detailed introduction to Dushanbe's development plans in areas such as smart transportation, smart healthcare, smart education, e-government, and public safety informatization, and demonstrated some of the operational smart systems on site. He stated that Dushanbe is committed to building a leading smart city in Central Asia and looks forward to in-depth cooperation with Chinese enterprises in technical solutions and project implementation.
During the exchange, President He Zhenwei expressed that China possesses advanced technology and extensive application scenarios in the smart city sector, with comprehensive capabilities covering the entire industry chain from design and construction to operation. Chinese enterprises are willing to engage in substantive cooperation with their Tajik counterparts in core areas such as digital infrastructure, city brain systems, and IoT platforms, aiming to jointly establish Dushanbe as a benchmark smart city in Central Asia.
CODA's Senior Permanent Advisor Wu Keguang, along with representatives from relevant enterprises including Everbright Environment, Shaanxi Taihe, Offshore Investment (Hainan), Zoomlion, Huaxi Energy, Shandong Taikai, Jiangsu Hongli, and Kemeng Energy (Yangzhou), participated in the discussions.
