10月14日下午，和振伟会长率中海协代表团到访杜尚别市政府，与第一副市长巴赫蒂约尔·沙里菲举行会谈，双方就加强城市现代化建设合作等议题进行深入交流。
巴赫蒂约尔·沙里菲表示，杜尚别作为塔吉克斯坦首都，正处在城市化发展的关键阶段，市政府高度重视城市基础设施的现代化改造与升级。他详细介绍了杜尚别市在城市垃圾处理、公共空间绿化、市政交通网络优化、电力设备改造等重点领域的发展规划。他强调，杜尚别市迫切需要引入先进的环保技术、智能交通管理系统和高效率的市政设备，并真诚欢迎在这些领域拥有丰富经验与技术实力的中国企业积极参与，为杜尚别的城市现代化进程注入新动力。
和振伟会长表示，中国企业在参与全球城市化建设，特别是在智慧城市、绿色基建与可持续发展领域，已积累了雄厚的技术实力和丰富的项目经验。中海协将积极发挥平台与桥梁作用，推动并组织在城市建设、环境治理、新能源应用等领域具有优势的会员企业，与杜尚别市开展精准对接，助力提升城市综合承载能力、环境质量与居民生活品质。
双方均同意建立后续工作对接机制，以推动合作意向尽快转化为具体项目。中海协常设高级顾问吴克光，康恒环境、陕西太合、离岸投资（海南）、中联重科、华西能源、山东泰开、江苏宏力、科盟能源（扬州）等相关企业代表共同参加会谈。
President He Zhenwei Led Delegation to Visit Dushanbe City Government
On the afternoon of October 14, President He Zhenwei led a delegation from the China Overseas Development Association (CODA) to visit the Dushanbe City Government, where he held talks with First Deputy Mayor Bakhtiyor Sharifi. The two sides exchanged in-depth views on strengthening cooperation in urban modernization.
Bakhtiyor Sharifi stated that as the capital of Tajikistan, Dushanbe is at a critical stage of urban development, and the municipal government places high importance on the modernization and upgrading of urban infrastructure. He detailed the city's development plans in key areas such as municipal waste management, greening of public spaces, optimization of the municipal transportation network, and upgrading of power equipment. He emphasized that Dushanbe urgently needs to introduce advanced environmental technologies, intelligent traffic management systems, and high-efficiency municipal equipment. He sincerely welcomed Chinese enterprises with extensive experience and technical strength in these fields to actively participate and inject new momentum into Dushanbe's urban modernization process.
President He Zhenwei expressed that Chinese enterprises have accumulated substantial technical capabilities and rich project experience in participating in global urbanization construction, particularly in the fields of smart cities, green infrastructure, and sustainable development. CODA will actively leverage its role as a platform and bridge to promote and organize member enterprises with advantages in urban construction, environmental governance, and new energy applications to engage in precise collaboration with Dushanbe, thereby helping to enhance the city's comprehensive carrying capacity, environmental quality, and residents' living standards.
Both sides agreed to establish a follow-up working communication mechanism to translate cooperative intentions into concrete projects as soon as possible. CODA's Senior Permanent Advisor Wu Keguang, along with representatives from relevant enterprises including Everbright Environment, Shaanxi Taihe, Offshore Investment (Hainan), Zoomlion, Huaxi Energy, Shandong Taikai, Jiangsu Hongli, and Kemeng Energy (Yangzhou), participated in the talks.
