9月24日，和振伟会长率中海协代表团一行到访中国驻阿塞拜疆共和国大使馆，与鲁梅大使、于宏驰参赞就中阿投资合作等相关问题交流座谈。
鲁梅大使对和振伟会长率中海协代表团一行到访表示欢迎，并对中海协积极组织中阿企业对接、推动双边投资合作表示赞赏。她指出，当前中阿各领域合作迎来广阔发展机遇。阿政局稳定，政府正在全力发展经济，发挥其特殊地理优势，大力促进能源转型，发展绿色能源走廊计划。中国企业在阿可以找到很多合作机会，驻阿使馆将为国内来阿投资企业提供尽可能的支持与帮助。
和振伟会长介绍了中海协代表团此次在阿访问情况，特别是在首届阿塞拜疆国际投资论坛期间组织的企业对接与相关考察活动。他表示，阿塞拜疆区位优势突出，外资企业可以享受优惠投资政策，是中国企业拓展欧亚市场的重要支点。中海协将积极发挥桥梁作用，引导更多中国企业来阿投资，重点在电力、能源、物流、数字经济、绿色产业等领域深化合作，助力共建“一带一路”高质量发展。
于宏驰参赞向随团企业详细介绍了阿塞拜疆总体经济状况，各行业发展特色，以及中国企业来阿投资应注意的事项等。
烽火国际、上海康恒、三一重能、北京建谊、亿纬锂能、重变电器、云南合续、博耳（无锡）电力、西朗电气、江西科瑞、广东四会互感器、永联科技、安钢集团、东莞奥博特、孝感兴源等相关企业代表参加座谈。
CODA Delegation Visits the Embassy of China in Azerbaijan
On September 24, Mr. He Zhenwei, President of the China Overseas Development Association (CODA), led a delegation of Chinese enterprises to the Embassy of China in Azerbaijan, where they held talks with H.E. Lu Mei, Ambassador of China to Azerbaijan, and Yu Hongchi, Minister-Counselor for Economic and Commercial Affairs.
Ambassador Lu Mei welcomed President He and his delegation, and expressed appreciation for CODA’s active role in promoting practical economic and trade cooperation between Chinese and Azerbaijani enterprises. She highlighted the strong complementarity and vast potential for cooperation between the two countries. The Chinese Embassy will continue to support Chinese enterprises in Azerbaijan, safeguard their lawful rights and interests, and foster the continued advancement of the China-Azerbaijan strategic partnership.
President He Zhenwei briefed on CODA’s recent activities in Azerbaijan, including the enterprise matchmaking and field inspections organized during the inaugural Azerbaijan International Investment Forum. He emphasized Azerbaijan’s strategic location and favorable investment policies, noting that the country serves as an important gateway for Chinese enterprises to expand into Eurasian markets. CODA will continue to play a bridging role in guiding more Chinese companies to invest in Azerbaijan, with a focus on energy, logistics, digital economy, and green industries, thereby contributing to high-quality Belt and Road cooperation.
Minister-Counselor Yu Hongchi noted that the Azerbaijani government has been actively promoting economic diversification and infrastructure development, creating broad opportunities for Chinese enterprises. He expressed hope that CODA would continue to leverage its platform advantages to facilitate more high-quality and well-grounded projects.
The delegation included representatives from Chinese enterprises and CODA’s Business Department I.
