蒋赟常务副秘书长出席2025国际工厂绿色低碳建设大会汽车工厂沙龙活动并致辞

  2025年9月15日，由中国产业海外发展协会智能制造专委会主办的“FCE2025国际工厂绿色低碳建设大会暨汽车工厂绿色低碳建设沙龙”在杭州举行。本次活动以“绿色赋能、智创未来”为主题，聚焦汽车制造业绿色低碳转型路径，吸引了政府机构、行业协会、领军企业代表及专家学者齐聚一堂，共同探讨“双碳”目标下汽车产业的绿色技术革新与国际合作机遇。我会常务副秘书长蒋赟出席活动并致辞。

  蒋赟在致辞中指出，当前全球绿色低碳转型已进入加速期，中国作为全球最大的制造业基地和汽车产销国，肩负着引领产业变革的历史责任。他强调，汽车产业占全球碳排放比重超过15%，其全生命周期绿色转型不仅是应对气候变化的必然选择，更是中国制造业抢占全球绿色经济制高点的核心路径。

  活动现场，柳州五菱新能源汽车、温岭经济开发区管委会、华测检测认证集团、森特士兴集团、重庆同乘工程咨询设计公司、南京经济技术开发区等与会嘉宾围绕汽车产业绿色转型的痛点与机遇展开深入研讨。

  沙龙期间，中海协智能制造专委会理事长杨兴东表示，专委会将联合头部企业梳理标杆案例，提炼可复制的解决方案，并推动整车企业与供应商组建“出海联合体”，强化产业协同效能。

  此次沙龙不仅为汽车产业绿色转型提供了技术路径参考，更通过跨界对话凝聚了行业共识，为构建“双碳”目标下的全球汽车产业新生态奠定了坚实基础。

On September 15, 2025, the "FCE2025 International Conference on Green and Low-Carbon Construction of Factories & Automotive Factory Green and Low-Carbon Construction Salon" was held in Hangzhou. Hosted by the Intelligent Manufacturing Special Committee of the China Overseas Development Association for Industry, the event centered on the theme "Green Empowerment, Smart Innovation for the Future," focusing on the green and low-carbon transformation of the automotive manufacturing industry. It attracted participants from diverse sectors.

Jiang Yun, Executive Deputy Secretary-General of the committee, attended the event and delivered a speech. He noted that the global green and low-carbon transformation is accelerating, and as a major country in manufacturing, automobile production, and sales, China must take the lead in driving this change. He emphasized the importance of advancing green transformation across the entire lifecycle of the automotive industry.

Guests, including representatives from Wuling New Energy Vehicles (Liuzhou) and CTI Testing & Certification Group, engaged in on-site discussions on the challenges and opportunities in this transformation. Yang Xingdong, Chairman of the committee, stated that efforts will be made to collaborate with enterprises to compile case studies and promote the "Overseas Joint Venture Initiative."

This salon provided technical references for the green transformation of the automotive industry, consolidated industry consensus, and contributed to building a new global automotive industry ecosystem.
