和振伟会长陪同上合组织前秘书长到访陕旅集团

  9月13日，和振伟会长陪同上合组织前秘书长、乌兹别克斯坦前外交部长弗拉基米尔·诺罗夫到访陕旅集团，与集团党委副书记、总经理陈小军交流座谈。

  陈小军对和振伟会长陪同诺罗夫一行到访陕旅集团表示欢迎。他表示，陕旅集团是中国首家加入联合国旅游组织附属成员的国企，具有成立时间早、产业链条长、布局范围广、实力规模强的特点。未来，集团将积极参与国际旅游交流合作，加快发展客源互送、旅游专列等业务，为中乌旅游合作注入新动力。
  诺罗夫对陕旅集团的热情接待表示感谢。他提出，旅游是双边互信、友好交流的重要支点，也是上合组织框架下各国加深合作的重要通道。陕旅集团发展势头强，业务质量高，希望今后可以重点关注中亚市场，同包括乌兹别克斯坦在内的中亚国家加强合作，进一步拓宽国际交流渠道。
  和振伟指出，中海协主要是服务企业“走出去”投资发展和共建“一带一路”合作的国际平台，尤其在服务政府部门、企业发展等方面做了大量实效性工作，同时与各国驻华大使馆及外国驻华商务机构等建立了紧密联系，成为服务会员单位和海内外企业的重要抓手。这次陪同诺罗夫先生来到陕旅集团，就是要实地了解些一手情况，希望未来与陕旅集团在产教融合、旅游论坛等高层次国际会议的举办等方面开展合作，共同为扩大中国国际影响力做出贡献。

  访问期间，和振伟会长陪同诺罗夫夫妇一行实地考察了陕旅集团旗下的西安丝路欢乐世界及华清宫景区等。

On September 13, President He Zhenwei, along with Vladimir Norov, former Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, visited Shaanxi Tourism Group. They held discussions with Chen Xiaojun, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of the group.
He Zhenwei pointed out that the China Overseas Development Association (CODA) primarily focuses on serving and promoting enterprises to "go global" for investment and development, as well as fostering international cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative. Particularly, it has undertaken substantial and effective work in serving government departments and supporting enterprise development. Additionally, CODA has established close relationships with foreign embassies in China and other international business institutions in Beijing, making it a crucial platform for serving member units and enterprises both domestically and internationally. This visit to Shaanxi Tourism Group with Mr. Norov aimed to gain firsthand insights through observation and dialogue, with the hope of future collaboration in areas such as industry-education integration and the organization of high-level international conferences like tourism forums. Such efforts would contribute to expanding China’s international influence.
Chen Xiaojun extended a warm welcome to Vladimir Norov and his delegation. He noted that Shaanxi Tourism Group is the first state-owned enterprise in China to become an affiliate member of the United Nations World Tourism Organization. The group is characterized by its long history, extensive industrial chain, and strong capabilities. In the future, the group will actively participate in international tourism exchanges and cooperation, accelerate the development of initiatives such as mutual tourist visits and tourist trains, and inject new momentum into tourism cooperation between China and Uzbekistan.
Norov expressed gratitude for the warm reception from Shaanxi Tourism Group. He emphasized that tourism is a vital pillar of bilateral trust and friendly exchanges, as well as an important channel for deepening cooperation among countries under the SCO framework. Recognizing Shaanxi Tourism Group’s strong development momentum and high-quality services, he proposed strengthening cooperation in areas such as project planning, cross-border tourist trains, and professional training to further broaden the bridge for international exchanges.
Following the meeting, President He Zhenwei and his delegation conducted field inspections of the group’s projects, including the Xi’an Silk Road Happy World and Huaqing Palace scenic area.
The meeting was attended by Liu Jianqing, Deputy Secretary-General of CODA, representatives from the First Business Department, and relevant departments and subordinate enterprises of Shaanxi Tourism Group.
