Notice on Holding of Investment in Switzerland: Policies and Practices Workshop

Switzerland, as one of the world's most competitive economies, has attracted, by virtue of its excellent location, stable social environment, diversified cultural background, sound legal system, favorable tax regime and world-class financial services, a large number of multinational companies all over the world to inject investment and establish their European headquarters there. In addition, Switzerland has significant experience and advantages in areas such as innovative technologies, machinery and electronics, pharmaceutical chemicals, precision instruments, energy-saving technologies, environmental protection, cyclic economy and financial services, which can serve as a good foundation for Chinese enterprises to invest in Switzerland.

In order to better understand the relevant Swiss investment policies, regulations and opportunities, CIODPA will cooperate with the Switzerland Trade and Investment to hold the Investment in Switzerland: Policies and Practices Workshop on 8 September (Thursday) at Kempinski Hotel Beijing. Senior officials including Marie-Gabrielle Ineichen-Fleisch, Minister of Federal Department of Economic Affairs, and Mr. Blaise Godet, Swiss Ambassador, will attend the meeting and the dinner party and give speeches.
